Why You Feel Itchy All The Time?
Itchy skin (pruritus) is an irritating and uncontrollable sensation that makes you want to scratch your skin to relieve the feeling. The various causes that can lead to itchiness include internal illnesses and various skin conditions. Some of the many reasons are:
You may feel itchy if you’ve diabetes. However, you might experience some skin problems due to a yeast infection or dry skin, among other things. Moreover, you may experience itchiness in your lower legs due to poor blood circulation. But if you’ve diabetes, make sure to get a proper treatment for it. You can also ease your itchiness by taking shorter showers or baths, use mild soap, and moisturize afterwards.

Lack of Iron
Deficiency of iron means you’re anaemic. It can make you feel weak, tired, and you may experience breathe shortness. Your skin may get pale and itchy. Make sure to add beef liver, dark chocolate, oysters, and red meat in your diet to improve the count of red blood cells in your body. Ask your doctor about how to avoid foods and medications that make it harder to absorb iron, and find out if supplements are a good idea for you.
